Data protection complaints

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please contact us by email at info@brouhamarketing.com and mark your email “Data protection complaint”.

Please include enough information for us to understand your concern, such as what has happened, what personal information is involved, and what outcome you are looking for. We may need to ask you for further information or proof of identity before we can respond.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it. We will investigate it without undue delay, keep you informed of progress where appropriate, and tell you the outcome of our investigation.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator for data protection matters. You can do this through the ICO complaints page.
