Team day

A slightly different Monday for the Brouha team and not a bad way to start the week!

We were out of office for a team building day and Equine Led Coaching changed things up for us this time… Fiona Lund, Lucy Baker, Susie Sinden, Dominic Cassidy, Amy Goddard and Rosie O'Donnell spent the day in Avebury, a historic village quite local to some of the team.

As we all work remotely, we don’t get to spend as much time together in person, so it was really nice to get away from the usual day to day and enjoy some quality time together. We also lucked out with the sunshine, which meant we could make the most of being outside!!

And being surrounded by 6,000 year old stones, there was no better place to get us thinking about longevity and sustainability as Brouha approaches its 20th birthday! A huge thank you to the wonderful Caryl Roberts for organising it all and getting us thinking about Brouha from a different perspective. We’ve come away feeling really positive, inspired and excited for what’s ahead!
